Managing Your Airbnb

We manage your property from top to bottom. We make sure your Airbnb complies with all requirements by registering your property with the Department of Tourism and remitting the tourism tax to the appropriate municipality. We also assist in preparing the property for listing with an assessment, provide quarterly occupancy reports, and provide a list of all necessities to help ensure you feel prepared for Airbnb bookings.

Professional Photography

High quality images can make or break the success of an Airbnb listing. Potential guests expect to see great photos. For no additional cost, we provide professional photography services to shoot photos for use in your Airbnb listing.

Become a Superhost

By listing your property with us, you receive the benefit of our Superhost status. We also create a listing description to showcase the property and enforce any particular house rules you have for guests to abide by.

Inquiries and Bookings

We take care of your guests at every turn. We manage all bookings and inquiries, and we screen and approve all Airbnb guests. We use Hostfully to manage all bookings, so guests can book directly or via Airbnb, Vrbo, or booking.com and the availability calendar will sync across platforms. Plus, if you ever want to block time off at the property for your personal use, you can do so with ease.

We handle all guest questions and concerns during their stay and act as their only point of contact, available via phone and instant messaging 24/7.

Quarterly Financials

We provide quarterly financial billing statements.

Management Fees

We strive to provide value to our clients. You'll find that our management fees are transparent and competitive with industry standards, allowing for you to enjoy your investment stress-free.

Listing Fee: $500 (one-time)
Annual Administration & Technology Fee: $500 per year
Management Fee: 20% of the nightly rate

Daily Management

We offer Airbnb management services between guest stays, including:

Property cleaning
Washing linens and towels
Inspecting the house after every stay to ensure there is no damage
Garbage removal
Writing reviews for the guests
Responding to guest reviews
Managing the Airbnb calendar and pricing.
Monitoring of inventory and stock for essential agreed upon supplies at a cost to the owner
Coordinating lawn care/snow removal at an agreed upon cost to the owner
Completing formal semi-annual inspections of the property including formal reports and photographs. (If you prefer to inspect the property personally you can always go there whenever there are no guest bookings.)
Discussing and resolving any owner concerns or issues
